 Carlos J. Page, M.D. is a compassionate physician. Patients who qualify that are interested in pursuing medical cannabis as an alternative treatment method can now request an appointment with Dr. Page to be evaluated for medical cannabis certification and  medical cannabis card. The doctor will discuss the benefits and any adverse side effects with medical cannabis treatment. Patients who are approved for treatment by this facility will receive assistance on navigating the Maryland Medical Cannabis Commission, being guided from consultation to certification.
